The management is utterly incompetent. Their favorite activity is talking down to you, especially one of them. I read reviews that "walls are paper thin." I had no idea how true this was.
I have lived in 5 different apartment complexes (my job moves me every 2 years). In that time I have never lived in a place as bad as this one.
Noisy neighbors, loud dogs, rude staff, and incompetent maintenance crew. (I'd offer details, but I do not want to expose my identify since I am stuck here until the end of my lease.) My favorite is how they run the sprinklers during normal "walking" hours. There is certainly more water on the pavement than the actual grass! What a complete waste!

I totally disagree with this person. I have lived here for 3 years and love it. Dogs Barking? Are you kidding me? People have pets that are going to bark that is no fault of the staff. If you are so unhappy here then leave.. I can tell you there are plenty of people who love living here including me. Every apartment has disrespectful and unreasonable people like yourself. Realize you are not living in a house. you have neighbors all around you. I hate people that complain about things that cannot totally be prevented. take actions into your own hands then and fix things yourself. I hope your lease is up soon because I dont want to live with people who have a horrible attitude and complain about the place that I call home too!!
