I loved living here. It was in a quiet area, close to garden of the gods and lots of outdoor hiking/bicycling. There are many nearby parks. On windy nights you can really hear it whipping around the apartments but its colorado and we get wind. As far as Parking, one covered spot is reserved per apartment. With a second car it is difficult if you get home later than 8ish. The complex is so compact though that you never really have to walk too far. The pool and hot tub were nice, the hot tub required maintenance a lot but i've experienced the same at other complexes. The mail room in inside which is nice and the apartment layouts are very spacious and well built. We had a couple problems with our stove (a coil not heating) and the washer leaking a little. Maintenance came in within 24hrs and the problems were fixed. Staff was friendly and i never had a problem with them. Patios are huge! Overall i had a great experience living there and would recommend it to anyone who can afford it.
