You see cops here for some disturbance almost every day. The water gets shut off constantly and my car had been broken into in the parking lot. The office manager also had my vehicle towed without warning stating there was no license plate. For the record the plate was in the back window. I showed photo proof to the corporate office and they still won't do anything about it.

This review is untruthful. I have never once seen the police here... and never witnessed a disturbance. This person may have had a bad experience due to their laziness in not putting a tag on their car, but I know the managers and had their been one in the back window they wouldn't have had it towed. LOL. I think it is funny how people do stupid things, and then try to blame and bash others for their own shortcomings. Seriously, grow up and take responsibility for yourself. The only time I have witnessed the police at all, was on St. Patricks day, and they weren't here for our apartments. There was some guy who stole a golfcart and was driving it around drunk in the area. ALSO we have our own security patrol for after hours noise and disturbance, so the police being here is highly unlikely. Seriously, stop fabricating.

Alyssamend86, I'm guessing you are replying on behalf of the apartment complex, either you are blatantly lying, or you obviously are writing your own opinion on something you know nothing about. You truthfully couldn't spend more than a couple days there without seeing the police there for a specific purpose, usually with their lights flashing. As for the security, I have never seen any there. My wife says: even after someone tried to break into our apartment while we were home and management denied that this was even possible, security was still absent after this.

Are we all talking about Spring Creek Apartments on Westmoreland Rd. in Colorado Springs? Because none of the above reviews/comments makes sense. I live in these apartments. In response to the original review, I have only seen the police twice in almost a year. Although there are some issues with water temperature, it has never been shut off. We've never had a problem with break-ins in the parking lot or in the building.
But in response to the comment from alyssamend86, this apartment complex does not have its own security patrol as far as I am aware. There are several Spring Creek Apartments listed on this site for different cities across the US, and I'm seriously wondering if one or both of you got the wrong one.

I live in the apartments also, I have never had any problems with anyone in the apartment complex. The only problems i have had is with the people in the duplex across from my apartment, and that just has to do with a dog attack on one of the residents that lived in the duplex. Other than that the people in my apartment building keep to themselves.
