Some of these statements are true. But surley they aren't as bad as most of these ratings. I am a college student, and live by myself at Sterling Pointe. POOL: The pools definately need some work. Mainly just the inside pool. It seems that they put alot of chlorine in it, so they won't have to clean it regularly. The outside ones are okay. NOISE: It is true about the walls being paper-thin. My neighbor above me likes to have loud sex with his partner. The people below me smoke, and everytime i come home it smells like a bar. I hear every time someone uses the restroom (even when the man above me is urinating) not to mention the flush. And of course the stereos and tv's are always shaking the walls. I have mostly kept to myself, so I haven't ran into any management problems. They seem like nice ladies to me, very chatty would be the truth though. ALL IN ALL: keep to yourself, and don't own messy animals that urinate all over, and you won't have problems.
