Sterling Pointe Apartment Home

All in all - a nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/18/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Overall, I've enjoyed the time I've lived here. The complex is older and has larger floor plans which is very nice. Unfortunately, this combined with very reasonable rent seems to attract the wrong crowd. There has been more police activity in the last 2 years than I like - but at least the police respond! Living along the main streetin the complex is quite noisy. The construction of the buildings has deteriorated, or maybe it wasn't that good to begin with. There is such a draft that comes in along the baseboards and through the windows that candles can be blown out and windchimes hung inside, chime. I would prefer that instead of paying a landscaping company to blow leaves and dust from the parking lot and streets every week, that they use the money and start replacing windows and perhaps adding some insulation. There are mature trees on the grounds which is very nice. Lots of birds and squirrels! The current staff is very pleasant to work with.
