BE CAREFUL-BAD PLACE TO LIVE!

Not only is everything everyone else described true (pool constantly closed on the hottest days due to some chemical imbalance,gates ALWAYS broke,rude mgmt,dog crap everywhere,thin walls,poor parking) but everything sucks about this place. Late at night despite the 10 o'clock noise curfew there are always kids outside screaming and running around and if you can find anyone to tell besides the police they act as if you are ruining their life by complaining. Same with pools rules, pool is always full of little 8 or 9 year old kids screaming at the top of their lungs but who is around to enforce these rules' if you call the office to complain expect to be talked to like your an idiot for complaining and then if and i do mean if they come to ask the kids to get out or be quiet that will be the only time you see them. god forbid someone stop by the pool a couple times a day to make sure everything is going as planned. The other day i saw broken glass all over the deck and called it in to the office and the office person said "well no glass is allowed so how did that happen" ummmmmmmmmmmm well I'm pretty sure that since I'm calling it in that they were asking the wrong person how it happened and it happened because its very very very rare to see anyone who works there doing ANYTHING but sitting in the office and talking trash about tenants. On occasion I do work the overnight shift so i dont really appreciate the mowing and weed whacking outside my window at 8am when i just fell asleep and when i asked nicely that they start somewhere else and come back later they said "just doing my job"....I would never ever ever ever in a million years renew my lease here. I am moving out ASAP and i will tell anyone i know looking for a place that they should avoid this one at all costs. The only good part is that the maintenance crew that comes to fix things inside the apts seem very friendly and always fix things quickly. I appreciate them but the office women are horribly caddy and will even laugh in your face and try to make you feel stupid.Dont bother asking them anything.
