poor for the price From: podgy9 Date posted: 9/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   staff was great until after we moved in. you'd think for a grand a month they would be a bit more attentive. Maintenence was ok, although it takes at least a week for anyone to show up, no matter the problem. All of the doors and fixtures seem to fall right off. My 2 year old son had two separate doors come crashing down on him. Maintenence didn't show for two days. We recently inquired about our AC not working. I was informed that they were being shut off so there would be no flooding problem next month. not sure what that means, neither did the staff. Also no memos or notices were given out about this, in summertime no doubt!
