I've been very satisfied with Stetson Ridge. The office and maintenance staff have been very kind and helpful. The only problem I have is if my rent keeps going up in large amounts, it will be almost impossible for me to stay here.

Beautiful renovations, timely and efficient maintenance, well kept grounds, and very communicative staff. The resident events are exciting and the amenities are convenient. My family plans on being here long-term!

Good location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly but the rent is too high so tenants move out right away when it's time to renew their lease. Community needs to resolve?..

It's good. Everyone that works in the community is nice and friendly. It's well maintained and clean. Issues get addressed within a timely manner. Most of the other tenets seem to be nice and respectful

My experience here has been a beautiful one. The staff is friendly courteous and supportive. Maintenance deserves top honors. they go above and beyond to make sure the grounds on the apartment. In and around it in are safe comfortable and beautiful.

The staff is great and the maintenance staff takes care of everything. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife etc.There is a dog park within the apartment. There is socials once a month.

The front office is amazing and works very hard to meet all of the needs of the residents. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and always respectful. The company hosts many events to encourages community and provide a welcoming space to live.
