not the place to live From: queenfox Date posted: 2/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I still live here (lease not up yet) and I have read a few of the reviews and I see that I am not the only one having the same issues. I hate the blond hair lady in the off. I know hate is a strong word but her customer service skills SUCK she is so rude and her smile is so fake. She told me one day that I was messing up her plans because I came in five mins before they closed with an issue that took only 10 mins. She asked me to come back the next day and was upset when I asked her to please take care of it today. Stephanie and the main manager are cool but for some reason I keep getting the sour puss. Damn!! Sometimes I just turn around when she is the only one there. I really can't stand that woman. She needs to get a job that does not deal with the public. As far as the apartments are concerned, the parking is not good and the ice is very bad. I saw a car almost slide into a child in the complex. We both were just frozen stiff. When they did stop the poor lady started crying because she just knew she was going to hit the child. But they won't put down sand because it takes too much to clean up. Wow I wonder how mnuch clean up it would have tken if she would have hit that child. Maintenance is good when they do get there but I do admit that I am still waiting on 2 closet doors to be fixed and my blinds and the tub drains slow in the second bathroom and the place is super loud and the carpet clearner guy sucks. My carpet was just cleaned (a gift from the complex due to another issue) and it still looks dirty (but I think he is contracted out) I don't know, I just think they can do better with what we pay. The market rent here was stated at 1308.00 for a 3 bebroom and 1473.00 for month-to-month and all my sh** in my apartment is falling apart WOW
