I have found my time at Falcon Pointe Enjoyable. As you read these reviews remember most people are quick to tell you horrible things and less likely to take the time to note wonderful experiences. We have a 1 bedroom loft- we have the lolwest utilities prices wee have had in two years- which is suprising considering that a loft takes a lot more heat to reach the tall ceilings. The staff is wonderful! They remember my name and wave and say Hi all the time. While there are instances of the hot tub being locked due to cleaning, I would rather have a clean hot tub than one that is broken due to a lack of care. We have yet to have any ice issues, as a matter of fact we still have salt on our steps from last week when we had a snow warning.
I over all recommend this apartment complex... it is in a great location, and so far have had no safety issues.
