Overpriced for what you get. Property is always dirty with trash blowing around, no one picks up after their pets. The office staff is RUDE! Don't expect to get any help from them on anything. Don't expect anything to ever get fixed while you are there, either. Maintenance problems that were serious enough to cause us to move were never even looked at by maintenance. While we lived there we and two of our neighbors had to move for health reasons. They refused to let me out of my lease until I called Code Enforcement, then they were suddenly extremely accomadating. You would be better off living in a box on the street than living here.
