New Owner, Manager and Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   Although Falcon Pointe has had some rough history, things are improving with the new ownership and manager. There are a lot of changes including roof repairs, parking lot resurfacing and amenity upgrades being done on a regular basis.The new staff really tries to keep everyone happy. A pool party was just thrown with a live band. Everyone seemed to have a great time. No place is poerfect but Falcon Pointe is nice and the staff does really try.
