Falcon Pointe Apartments on the exterior seems to be a decent place to reside. However, as a former tenant with first-hand experience dealing with their management personnel, I can shed some light on it. First, the management plays favoritism amongst tenants. Second, they are inadequately trained to handle even the most basic of tenant concerns. The entire (albeit short) time myself and a roommate lived there, we had various complaints primarily stemming from inconsiderate neighbors, loud music, noisy pets, etc. Our concerns were basically dismissed and we were subsequently treated like we were the "bad guys" because we wanted some peace and respect from fellow tenants. Because they considered us to be "chronic complainers", they chose not to renew our lease (which was fine by us) and we chose to withhold our last month's rent. Long story short, we took them to court and had a partial victory through an intelligent judge who understood and empathized. In summary, as long as you don't mind rude/loud neighbors, barking dogs, gang members who like to blast their stereos and stare at residents in the parking lot, and elitist management personnel then Falcon Pointe is for you. I suppose that's why they are always offering $99 "Move In Specials".
