We have been here about 6 months and our lease is about to end, we are moving into a house, otherwise we would renew our lease. As we leave we tell you all who are looking for a nice place to live as far as apartment living, to give Falcon Pointe a chance. We have had great neighbors, our building has been quiet and real respectful of each other. Basically the whole complex has been a nice quiet place to live, even with the remodeling going on in the buldings down from us. Our only complaint is we wish they kept the pool a little more heated in the summer and that is not really a complaint, just a personal preference. Maintenance staff are friendly and efficient and what little maintenance we have needed was done that day or immediatly the next. Office staff is nice and accomodating.
