Let's start with the pet problems, designated pet areas are a joke, because nobody cleaned up after their pets. The pool was not opened due to a MAJOR problem that took all summer to repair. Exercise room had one piece of equipment, but only half the stations were functional. Laundry was constantly crowded. Security was non-existant. Gang problems in local area ESPECIALLY around March madness (27 cars broken into, some repeats). Utility bill ran $100 during the entire stay even though I kept therostat at 72 in winter/78 in summer and kept the filters clean(1 br loft)
