There are a lot of things that are great about Falcon Pointe. It's pretty safe, the apartments are great and when things do go wrong the maintenance staff jump right on it, and the location is great. However, if you decide to live there, make sure you try to live towards the back of the complex. From what I've heard from others and my own experience things are a lot more peaceful. My own building is chaotic on the weekends and at night. The neighbors upstairs have had parties to the point where my ceiling was shaking, and there's "nothing I can do about it other than talk to them".
