Wasn't worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
I paid over $600 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath on the 2nd floor. I had some bad neighbors, and the small water heater ran out of water after running the dishwasher. The deposit was cheap, but was not returned, even though the apartment was perfectly clean and on the walk through the management said it was "perfect" and that I'll get most of my deposit back, instead, I got a bill for $150. Management was nice, but my car was hit and damaged while parked. There are a lot of parties on the weekends, and parking is rather inconvenient. Poor insulation in the walls, allows you to hear what your neighbors are saying (and doing). Definately over priced. Also, the absurd increase in renewing a lease makes you have to double think whether it's worth it or not, but if you're in a bind and need a place quick (like I did) this place will work.
