Where do I begin. My husband and I moved from KC. Drove 14 hrs to our new apt. When we 1st contacted Falcon Pointe, the leasing agent told us the only thing available was 2nd floor(w/ fireplace) facing the mountains. We would have to pay $10 for fireplace and another $10 for the mountain view. Ok. No big deal.
Well, when we got to the apts after that long 14 hr drive. The asst mgr rushed through the lease with us. Didn't go over things in the lease in detail. Sent us on our way.
When we went to our apt. It faced the parking lot (not the mountains we were paying $10 for). It wasn't clean and the maint guys were still working on it. Things were missing. By now it was like 4pm.
The leasing agent lied to our faces when confronted about the situation. She denied that she ever told us about a mountain view. She sat in her chair backwards with her legs crossed and was very defensive. They were rude, short with us, and wouldn't work with us. Finally my husband went back in to find something out, we needed a place to stay. Finally they sent us to their sister property Madison at Rockrimmon. I would never rent at Falcon Pointe. They are unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. However, if you need a place look at Madison at Rockrimmon. The office staff is very professional, nice, helpful, outgoing, and went out of their way for us. It was a complete turn around.

I am freakin livid!! i was supposed to move into day well guess what my apartment is NOT READY! the tile was not replaced as promised, my oven is in my living room, the carpet has not been fixed, dry wall hasnt' either, tile is left in my bedroom oh there is so much more! i payed to move into day and countertops aren't even dry from the refinishing! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
