Under new management, so the staff are really great. They are always helpful and very friendly. They are eager to help, but sometimes incredibly busy. The first time I needed something fixed, the guys were there within an hour. The second time it took a few days, although it wasn't a major problem. Yes, the maintenance guys are really friendly, but I like that. They are hilarious and always say hi when they see me. The pool is fixed now and well-kept. The grass is always kept up and watered twice a day to stay looking nice. A lot of the other dog owners don't pick up after their pets, which is outrageous since there are pet posts all over with free baggies and trash cans. You can hear your neighbors very well if they're having a party or outside being loud. I bought ear plugs and am fine. It's one of the few places that allows large dogs, which is nice. Expect to hear dogs barking as you walk by, and watch where you step!
