The ONLY good about this place is the view. Parking, maintenance, office staff, and niose are the worst I've experienced. Gym and sauna is broken. Residents already here are paying $200 less than new ones. The walls are paper thin - we hear three neighbors alarms every morning. Besides not answering the phones or being there only when they want to, the office staff at first seemed nice. After we got in, tho, things changed. Our maintenance problem of 6 months is still in the works of getting fixed. Many apologies, yet not willing to do more than what they must, ignoring us at times. Lies-telling us a remodeled apt is only for show, only to have someone move in 2 weeks later. The list goes on. BEWARE!!!

Dont get me wrong I would love to have a house adviously, but sounds to me that someone needs to buy a home. When you live in a apartment community like all of us residents do you are bound to hear people once and awhile. Finally, I have lived at this community for over 4 1/2 years, and the office is always in the office 7 days a week and do get behind sometimes, but must issues wrong with my apartment are completed within 2 to 3 days unless its a emergency and they complete within the same day. I have been here for so long and had a i guess non remodeled apartment and then I switched to a remodeled and I love it I mean it aint granite counters or nothing but so much nicer and cleaner. Thanks for listening and remember the complainers are usually the ones causing the issues.
