Come on folks ! Geez someone reading these reviews would think this place sucked. I have lived here for over 3 years and I love the place. It seems the folks who write the bad reviews are the ones who cause problems in apartment community living in the first place. The new management is great and they are re-modeling all the apartments. The maintenance staff are friendly and I have always found them getting the job done and well ! Leslie and Margaret are back as office manager and staff and they are friendly and do take concern in the complex and residents. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the grounds and walkways are well lit ! One of the reviews mentioned "mold". LOL LOL. Mold in Colorado. This is not the South folks ! I have never never had mold here, nor mildew, but I do keep a clean apartment :o) I have lived on the bottom floor, no mold ! Now live on the 2d floor..no mold ! (I know what mold and mildew is believe me, as once I lived in an apartment complex in Mississippi, now there was mold.) I have lived in several apartment complexes thru the years and this complex is as nice as the others. Heck I know folks who live in the Broadmoor and in Monument and they have vandelism and problems in their elite housing communities. Good grief this is a big city, do not point out one apartment complex as sucking when it isn't. What we have had here is so small..I have a fairly new fancy car, hmmm no vandelism problems ! This place is Armed Forces friendly also, close to the post and bases. The apartments are cozy and if we as residents take the time to make them home, they become home. My only comment would be to heat the pool more, it is huge and nice! But does need to be heated more, the sun just does not cut it for warming the pool. In this apartment community we are family here, we feel safe ! I know and love my neighbors and by talking a daily walk I have met several other residents and we all know each other. So give this place a chance, and remember the negative comments are, in all probability, the problem tenants. The majority love it here and the majority of us who are happy have no reason to complain ! I am a single mother and it is safe for my kids ! ROZ
