This Place is Ok to Live - Not Bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We have lived here since 2007 and are being deployed or we would not move. It is a big complex and we think well taken care of. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient, often going out of their way to help us and our neighbors. The pool is huge (could use some more heating tho ). The grounds and trees are lovely and the view of the West is incredible. We do not understand why people always complain on these sites. Apartment living is like apartment living and you do have some noise. It is not like being in a special made sound proofed home or condo. And frankly those are never totally sound proof. This complex is kid friendly, senior friendly, young adult friendly and military friendly. They have remodeled the complex (very nice, new floors, appliances, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fresh paint etc). We often come in late from work or other in the early morning hours and the complex is quiet. Have never seen or heard anything adrift going on, we have a pretty fancy and nothing has ever been touched. In summary, it is a good place to live, management and maintenance staff great, grounds pretty and we feel safe ! Do not let the bad reviews influence you, it seems maybe they (the bad reviewers) were not good tenants in the first place, you think''''
