This place is not bad, we have lived here over a year and plan on staying unless Uncle Sam ships us out. We live on a second floor and have pretty good neighbors. The small shopping center across the street is fairly quiet and has a good grocery store and a Subway sub shop, close enough to walk. We have not heard or observed any problems with rif raff here at Stone Ridge or at the grocery store across the street. We basically are surrounded by a residential housing area, and those homes are maybe 4 years old. The office staff here are friendly and to the point, they do try to accomodate our needs. And we really like the maintenance staff, they are friendly and really do try to get the job done asap and done good. The grounds are real nice and always kept clean. We never stepped in poop or seen trash out and about. There seems to be different age groups here, from us 20 somethings to some families with kids and we have seen some middle age. Nice and diverse. My partner and I would like to tell prospective tenants to stop in and check this place out, we recommend it to our military.
