First off they changed there name to Summer Grove. They just care about collecting your rent. I have been here 5 months and will not renew my lease. They wouldn't let me see my apartment until I signed the lease. I have since heard this is illegal. My apartment was not ready. The AC hasn't worked from day one and I have called the office to complain about 10 times. They keep giving me the run around about how they are on order. That is not my fault and I shouldn't have to suffer in 90 degree weather. The office staff is extremely rude. I can't begin to explain the lady who sits at the front desk with the butchy hair. One day I put in a work order to her. She was pleasant to my face and thought I had left the office. Soon as she got around the corner she started talking about me behind my back. I feel like I should call the corp. office about how their employees treat residents. Afterall we are the ones who pay their salaries.

How long did it take to get the swimming pools up and running this spring' They are constantly shut down for silly reasons.

Then you have the water being shut off for no apparent reason. You call to the office and they are rude and act like we shouldn't be able to take a shower during the day.

The back building by the bowling alley is a total nightmare. The mexican people prop the door wide open all the time. How many people do they allow to live in these apartments' I know there are some families of 4-5 in a one bedroom.

Don't make the mistake of living here. If you don't believe me check it out for yourself and you will see what I am talking about.
