As an outside consulting company, we came in to assess West Tree, formerly know as Summer Grove during the summer of 2005. Based on our assessment, we found the property is managed and maintained at a high standard of excelence. The management and maintenance teams are attentive to both residents and prospects.

We were disturbed and shocked to learn of several recent postings to this website beginning October 3rd through October 16th contain misinformation and false statements about West Tree and its staff.

After further investigation, we have determined these reviews were written by an individual who had a personal and unwarrented vendetta and we are taking the necessary measures to rectify the inconvenience caused to the property.

We urge you to visit West Tree and find out for yourself what a wonderful property it is. Their door is always open and they look forward to helping you find a fantastic apartment to call "home sweet home." SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

i WILL KEEP THIS SHORT. WRONG!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE. THE HEAT IS POORLY REGULATED LOW ONE DAY MELTING THE NEXT. IN MY THREE YEARS SO MANY MANAGERS HAVE COME AND GONE AND WE ARE STUCK WITH DEB. NOT SO HOME NOT SO SWEET.

Obviously this consulting company is a fake. They are even unaware that this place was Westree not Summer Grove. They have it backward. Clearly someone wrote this that works in the office. This review they have written is false.
