I moved in here about six months ago on a great deal. They show you a beautiful model but it isnt like that. They also act so nice and caring in the beginning but as soon as problems arise there is nothing they can do about it but all they can say is they are sorry. They dont care, (the staff that is). I have lived here for six months like i said and my 2 cars have both been broken into and robbed and also my brand new car was involved in a hit and run by the people that lived right across the hallway. This place is disgraceful. There are gangs that live in the back and the office is constantly sending out threatening letters about pets and windows and stupid things. The people stare and watch everything you do. Ive actually had to call the police on the person above me for staring in my window at like 11:30 at night. This is a horrible place to live and if you try to break the lease which i am in the process of doing now they make you pay back all the money you saved in the beginning on top of all the fees. This is a dangerous place to live and i feel sorry for anyone that has to stay here. Dont move in here. Find something better.

Yes, all residents got a letter that we can't have signs, bottles, foil, or colored window treatments (?!) in the windows. It's crazy that they have the nerve to tell us we can only have white curtains but they can't keep liquor bottles out of the hallways.

If I were you I would call the corporate office. I had the same problems and was offered a transfer to waaay nicer property owned by the company. Don't pay the money into breaking the lease. Try calling them and tell them your safety is at risk!!
