Summer Grove is an affordable place to live. The property isn't brand new but it is clean and maintenance takes care of fixing everything from the year round indoor pool to the fitness center and the playground. The one bedroom apartments rent for $479 per month and they are really nice. They will show you the model but they will also show you your actual apartment that you would be calling home. Deb, Nick, Celeste and Fabiola are very carrying and helpful. I would make it a point to stop in and meet with them.

Is it just me, or does this scream management? It's all roses and sunshine, till someone breaks into your car when you live here. I'm telling you...STAY AWAY!!

I find it funny that THIS is the only ok review for this property. Sad attempt to make it seem like a wonderful place, wouldnt you agree management?

Wouldn't the management get the price right though? Looking to move and ive heard good and bad things but seems only people that want to gripe and those that get evicted ever post. Although stating the names is a little fishy.

I'm a current resident and it isn't that I like to gripe, but I expect the parking lot to not be full of glass, people to keep their music down, the doors to be locked at night, and no roaches. I don't think that is a lot to ask.
