we lived at Summer Grove for 6 months, and It was terrible. The residents put their personal trash in the small trash cans near the door - including baby diapers! There was chicken on the grills that set, almost raw and rotting for at least a week. There are beer bottles discarded and the police come on a regular basis. This was tramatic to live there!

I couldnt agree more with how tramatic this property is. Its incredible the amount of issues that arise here and are never resolved. This place is a disgrace and if i were the management i would personally be embarrassed to say i work here or even to show the property.
