Upon needing a place i called around to a lot of places and got the cold sholder from them, so then i called summer grove and the staff(deborah kuhel and others were very nice and efficiant. the grounds were very nice and the approval process was fast and they had a great sence for our security. Thanks so much for all of the help and i look forward to being a resadent.

Live here for a while then respond lol. You'll see that yes there is a security guard, but he is seldom seen and the residents put rocks and things in the doors so they are open. Just last night someone tried to open our door. This is not the first time.

I would agree with the above. Drunken parties in the parking lot and beer bottles littering the grassy area. They have a "courtesy security officer" who never ever shows up and the residents put pennies in the door to keep them open. Ask a neighbor for assistance and good luck trying to get your message across, they all speak spanish. Several live in one apartment at the top of the stairs in 3915 and they always leave two apartment doors open proped by an open candle. I dunno, but fire and beer dont seem to work well together
