I currently live here and love my apartment. Apartment is a good size. They accept large dogs which is amazing. It says to 65 lbs but I know of many people in the complex who have 2 large dogs weighing a lot more than 65lbs each one! Amazing mountain views! Quiet and Safe Area--but still close to everything! Maint. is on top of things. Requests get done quickly. The girls in the office are pleasent and always respond to emails and questions. Parking is ok. Very well lit and secure. Grounds are kept up. Pool is always clean. Dog poop trash bins are always emptied on a regular basis. Overall this is an amazing place and I love it. However, the only downfall is that the rent is VERY high (and no utilities are included)--granted its more or less new--but you can go a mile or two down the street and get the same views/apt. for 100-150.00 less. :)
