We had to rent 2 apartments due to furniture and need for space. That means we wound up with twice the headache! Ridiculous charges! We both work for very large employers in Colorado Springs, and actually referred employees and recruits to these people because of how nice and sweet the spoke in the beginning. After we moved in what a pain! They would never help us with anything. They then hit us with hidden charge after hidden charge. We had asked them to help us with a couple of minor details with connections etc. We also asked them to help us with documents regarding our leasses and they were completely unhelpful. Now we find out the really great news! We are moving out after only being here a very short term, two months. We are relocating for our jobs with a corporate relocation. Now the hit us with even more hidden fees. One of the apartments we never even spent one nite in or hung anything on the walls, we were basically using it as a storage facility. Now we are getting hit with 500 dollars in fees we were never told about. A painting charge of 350' We never hung anything on the walls!!! Now during the move out we were told we would have help with inspecting the units prior to move out and are now being told they wont perform an inspection unitl after we are out. All of our belongings are out, we've had a cleaning company come and clean and they are telling us they will not perform the inspection until we have left the state! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
