Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I lived here from when they first opened until about six months ago. I'm not sure where these negative reviews come from' I was not charged for anything upon move out and my utilities were not extreme (especially now that I pay utilities for a house!) I LOVE the pool and fitness center and the apartments are beautiful-- probably the best in town. If I would not have moved into a home with my husband, I would have stayed as long as I could! Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt-- I LOVED this place.
