My husband and I moved to Colorado Springs from Ohio back in June of 2006. We had not seen the apartment, we reserved it through email and a alot of FAITH. We were and are still very pleased with this place and the staff. Finally talked my mother in moving out here and we went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and we could not be happier. Yes, it is a bit costly, however, it is safe and clean and the people here are just the best. If you have a problem with anything the maintenance staff is no doubt the best, they do the job right the 1st time, friendly and very polite. The office staff are like old friends, always have time to go over what ever seems to be on your mind. I am amazed at the cost of utilites, especially after I read some of these reviews, gas, electric and water are very reasonable. The only complaint we have and we really don't have a big problem with it, is the noise between floors, if you live below someone, you will hear walking, jumping, etc. I have never heard people talking. I wish the builders could have done better on noise control. If you want great peace of mind come on over, we love it here.
