Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003

The apartments look nice inside: new carpet, fresh paint, and clean. The outside was well maintained: shrubs cut back, well lit, snow shoveled, etc. Neighbors somewhat noisy. I had a few maintenance problems, but someone was always out quickly and things were replaced rather than temporarily fixed. I liked the nice, big windows, but not much of a view outside.
