Great memories!
My wife and I lived there back in the late 90's. We had a one bedroom place which was incredibly small but charming nonetheless.
While the location was near a busy road, we always felt very safe there.
The managers were always friendly although I am quite certain that the staffing has since changed.
At the time, it was across the street from a CSPD substation so help was never far away if you needed it.
I don't remember the maintenance staff at all which must mean that the place was well built and serviced.
