The management is sliding off. The maint is inexperinced and under paid for such a large community. The rules are only enforced when the management needs it to be enforced. High number of vacancies and the management can not figure out why. I question why when there is such high growth, especially with the military here in Colorado Springs. Also very high turn over here!
