Lived in this complex from 2002-2006, in a 1 bedroom and later a 2 bedroom unit. The units themselves are well kept, but construction is nothing special. Office staff is decent, respect them and they will respect you. Maintenance is great; work orders were completed quickly and efficiently. Landscaping is a little rough, there are spots that need work but they are working on it, and the sprinklers water EVERYTHING (sidewalks, cars, streets). Parking lot was recently repaved/repainted. There was some vandalism to cars recently (spray paint and broken windows), but my vehicles were never touched. The complex is located right across the street from a Safeway and gas station, which was nice.

Overall, I'd give Tanager Meadows a good rating, and I would live there again if I was returning to Colorado Springs.
