Never move here. The leasing agents are friendly until you sign your life away. They are completely unknowledgable and rude. When faced with a family emergency and a need to leave the property, one of the agents gave us wrong information, and in the end we were screwed. The manager even told us that "she (the other agent) didn't know what she was talking about, and that we were back at square one". The grounds are well kept, but never judge a book by its cover. You could be in for a WORLD of headaches and unexplained charges!!! Also while we lived there a man was murdered in the parking lot. Tanager Meadows did not notify any of their tenants. Tenants found out by either police knocking on their door to ask for statements, or on the local news. Please do not live here! Ever!

ive lived at tanager meadows for two years and ive never experienced any problems;i plan on renewing my lease next month.This is the first ive heard of somebody being murdered.
