You might be a tenant but your the staffs burden. Very poor maint and very ceaply managed. Some of the Maint crew helpful but are under paid with high turn over. They are just changing management and the new ones are worse than the old bunch. They feel you should feel lucky to live their. complex use to have long term residents who helped control the young wild military bunch. Very high turn over of tenants now. Even the troops don't stay long because of how they feel treated. Large complex and no security. There was a murder on the property, many vehicles stolen and lots of noise and loud obnoxious kids. Also, no snow removal in winter, this is important in Colorado. Many people hurt on property.
