THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. IT DOES NOT PAY IT'S VENDORS. THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND ACTS AS IF HER PROPERTY CAN CONTRACT WORK AND PEOPLE SHOULD WORK FOR FREE. SHE WON'T HESSITATE TO EVICT HER RESIDENTS FOR NOT PAYING THEIR RENT BUT SHE THINK IT'S OK TO STRING OUT HER VENDORS FOR 5 MONTH AND MAKES EXCUSES WHY THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY THEIR BILLS.
