I moved in from out of state. The place that i lived in before was on 9th and hillside in Wichita,KS. Do your research this neighbor hood in Kansas is one of the lowest areas that you could live in, but honestly compared to "These Meadows" I would not mind moving back to Kansas. my house hold went without a microwave for 2 full months and till this day we are waiting for them to come fix our stove. The hot water runs out very fast and there are holes behind the doors where they should have put a door stop. The front door looks as if it was kicked in a few times but all they keep doing is adding glue to the door. I had to deal with about 1 month of trying to get rid of bed bugs that were trapped in the apartment, and the bad thing about all of this is that these problems where there when i moved in and i didnt notice until it was too late. You probably want to know how could one person be so dumb and not know. Well they showed us a model apartment behind a swimming pool and then had us sign the papers before we could see our actual apartment. When moving in to the apartment my roommate noticed that there was a lot of water in the carpet. Looking up over the carpet we noticed, big as day, the ceiling fan sinking in and the ceiling had lots of water damage. Thats when they moved us into the apartment with the holes in the wall. The same apartment i was speaking of above. I honestly rather living back in Wichita, KS. Trust me when I say....."DON'T DO IT."

Parking-I always have to park in the next lot over not my own where i can see my car. There are not enough parking spots for the people. (just imagine how mad i am when i just came home with a car full of shopping, 1 new born, and a 2 year old) But that of course is after you ride over those mountains that they call speed bumps. I have been to the mechanic twice since I've lived here.

Noise-I seriously get irritated with the loud ones above us.

Grounds-Water sprinklers busted. I really dont see alot of trash b......Nevermind, I had to think about it. On the other side of our building there is alot of trash on the ground.

Safety-Well I'll give it to them here. Their safety works. It works sooooooo well that once a week the fire alarms go off very very veeeeeeeeeeerrrrry loudly between the hours of 9pm-1am right outside of the doors. The fire department shows up everytime disappointed.

Construction-You better be good at dry wall if your going to be happy here.

Maintenance-FLUK 'EM some of the washing machines still take my money and dont work

Staff-As long as they get their check at the end of the week they don't care.
