Don't Bother Living Here

We moved out of this place not a moment too soon. We have two small children and did not feel safe here. The pool and the hot tub were often broken, not too mention seemed to often have kids from the neighborhood hanging out in the pool. The walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Parking is often difficult to find near by as their are no assigned parking spots. The residience are often fighting, their were two kifings the last few months we lived there, and several nights the police hellicopter would fly around over the apartments. One night the hellicopter even landed where we could see on the property. I did not feel safe here. My husband worked late nights and one night while I was in the bedroom someone opened my "locked" front door. When I came out they had already left. I wondered if it was maintenance or if a previous resident still had a key and left after realizing I was home. The fire alarms are located outside and people would pull these as pranks at 2 or so in the morning. It took forever for management to be informed and to turn it off. The worst part was when we moved out.... Management kept our security deposit because there was wall paper on the walls they had to remove. The thing is, the wallpaper was already on the walls when we moved in. How were we supposed to know they did not put it up, so we never listed it on the sheet as prior damage. I wonder if this wallpaper is left there just for that reason. "A great money maker."

Thank you so much for the honest review, I wish I had looked at this site before we decided to move in. We also went over the prior sheet damage and now I am wondering if the same will happen with us, as we have not had any repairs to what we checked off as needing to be repaired.

Guess I can kiss my deposit goodbye too along with the referral check I've never received. I move out (thank god)end of August. I don't even expect them back anymore though. Apt complexs will charge you for replacing everything including $5 for ice cube trays!
