I have been waiting since September for a referral check in the amount of $200. I have yet to receive it & it's now MAY! I call every month to see when I'll get the check but get the same run around. "Corporate is working on it." The only good thing about the property is that I'm allowed to have my 90 lb dog & that the maintance guy Ric is competent & responds quickly although I don't think he gets much support from management. One more thing - Because the staff there put on my application "drive-by" instead of a referral through rent.com, I lost my $100 reward card. I'm sure I won't see my deposit back either since my daughter was able to rip a cabinet door right off in the kitchen. It was so flimsy it didn't stand a chance against a 3 year old.
