I lived there for about over a year now. My place was broken into 3 times, my truck twice and I told them I didn't feel safe and they wouldn't let me out of my leace. Maintanence comes in whenever but doesn't state that they were there. The utilities suck. They are not per apartment. So lets just say that you're not home much and you really don't use it, but lets just say the rest of them are putting the heat up to 80 well your paying for it. Bills are kinda high. Its just a place I wouldn't recommend especaily for a women living by herself
