Parking sucks. You get a garage and your driveway, but most driveways are short and cars stick out into street. Additional parking spaces but very limited, so tenant and visitors always are parking in firelanes and blocking the street. We never had any probs w/ neighbors being too loud, except for this kid on a gas powered scooter. Poor building materials and horrible insulation near windows and doors (old). During cold weather you could feel the cold air pouring into the appartment. The maintenance guy was very helpful and would fix all probs as soon as they were brought to his attention, but owner wouldn't spring for new windows.
