Templeton Ridge has been a great place to live for the time that I have lived here. Management is very receptive to any issues I have addressed and maintenance has been quick to fix all issues I have had with my townhome (even after hours since I had a heat issue and had to call at 1100 pm to have it fixed). While the community is very pet-friendly, I have observed people picking up after their pets. People not picking up after their pets remains the minority, not the majority. I plan on renewing my lease for another year as it is a great place to live.
