Decent location...poor physical upkeep with busybody management. From: peewee1 Date posted: 8/9/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   While the location is certainly desirable, the exterior upkeep of the buildings is sorely lacking...as well as the driveway exhibiting potholes etc. too little regard for the aesthetics of this promising property. Of course if you dont mind paying $1000.00 for a one-bedroom apt. with this kind of nonsense then this is certainly the place for you. In addition, be prepared to have your outdoor habits scrutinized by the onsite property manager...seems she doesnt have other things in her life to focus on. Other than those incidentals then by all means bring your checkbook and dirty laundry to the newly renamed "The Pines at Broadmoor".
