I lived in this complex for almost 2 years and it was the most horrible living experience of my life. Not only was I paying over $1000 per month for rent on a 2BR, but I had to walk up over 40 steps. Ruined my knees. They also have a bear problem and it is very unsafe to take your garbage out at night. The manager there (Simone) has NO LIFE. She constantly harrasses her tenants and some staff. A couple of times my apartment was entered by maintenance while I was sleeping with no notice. They do not believe in giving notice for entry. When I did move out at the end of my lease, I realized I should have moved out long ago.... I was charged over $1400 for things in a very detailed bogus move-out inspection. I actually left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in, but the manager there has a serious "meanness" problem. Most people I know who lived there did not fulfill their lease and moved out early due to the disrespectful manager. If you are German and hate men, she will like you and you will party with her in the club house all night. She's also mean to kids and doesn't even like them playing outside. She will harass them. Save your $$ and move to a better place! Also, if you have guests for more than 2 nights, she will give you a 3 day notice if you do not add them to your lease. It's crazy & ridiculous. She does not like you to have friends.
