I lived at the pines for 18 long long months, paid $1000 a month for a 2 bedroom with a $1000 deposit and let me tell you there are better places to be treated poorly at than the pines. I paid every month and caused no trouble yet the manager seemed to be in my business daily. I had to get my dog fixed as a condition of living there while the assistant manager who lived below me had her dog in heat(fixed dogs don't go into heat). Manager is dishonest, mean and verbally abusive. I paid my rent I can't imagine how they treated people who were a little short. The maint. entered my unit one day to clean the fireplace, they did not knock and when told to leave laughed at my wife and forced their way in,she was in her nightgown and was breastfeeding.I rushed right home and confronted the maint. people, called the police, pressed charges and was given a 3 day notice for refussing to allow maint. into my apartment even though there was not the proper 24 hour notice and cleaning the fireplace is not an emergency. Simone, the manager, was abusive and threatened to come to my work and cause a scene if i did not the maint. people in, I refused and my lawyer handled the 3 day without breaking a sweat. The grounds are unkempt, there are bears in every dumpsters...please be careful with your small pets and children. The parking lot is horrible full of potholes and poorly paved. When I moved out I was charged $1700 in retaliation. They claim I ruined the carpets, the blinds, and the parking spot in front of the garage. Please look to other complexes if you must live in this area...this place will make your life hell

I understand fully, the manager is a witch and hopefully not there any longer. Very heartless, acting as if they owned the property. Not professional at all
