If you are white trash, have poor customer service skills, don't care about your job, and are generally a miserable human being, then you must work in the office of Sunset Ridge. Jennifer, the 'apartment manager' looks more like a hooker..however, after you pay her, she doesn't deliver the services she should. Maintenance requests are basically a waste of time. If fixed, you can guarantee it was not done correctly. The staff does not seem to care about stranded animals left on balconies of their property...they tell you to call the Humane Society...but never give notices to the tenents since the Society can't enter a balcony to rescue a dog. Atleast they sand and scrape the sidewalks...on Saturdays and Sundays only before new suckers come to check the slums out. Noise is also an issue...cheap building materials guarantee that I hear every step of my 100 pound neighbor above me...I too, had heard of the charges for pet poop...I was also told that if I want it cleaned up, they would charge us all...and we do not even own animals. This place is a joke... I can't wait until our lease is up!
